If you met me, you probably wouldn’t put me down as the most reflective type. If I’m happy – you’ll know it and if I’m not you will definitely know it. I’ll say what I think and unfortunately sometimes without thinking it through first. It’s not that I don’t ‘think’, because of course I do – I’m human. However, with the pace of life as it is, having to get from one place to the next within minutes and getting through endless chores, meetings and the sort in a day, I don’t have the time to really ‘think’ about what I’m thinking about. Does that make sense?
And so with my decision to cut certain things out of my life, I find myself ‘accidentally’ reflecting more deeply than usual on life and all that it brings.
I didn’t plan on doing this it just sort of happened… accidentally… ; )
